Papaver Studio is led by Ruth Warren-Steed, whose career in flowers began in London’s luxury floristry industry.
With almost two decades of experience, Ruth brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity and a genuine love of flowers to every wedding and event.
From the first conversation and initial ideas through to sourcing the flowers, creating the designs and installing everything on the day, Ruth works closely with each client to make the whole floral journey feel personal, exciting and beautifully considered.

Whenever possible, Papaver Studio works with seasonal and British-grown flowers, supporting local flower growers and embracing the natural character of each season.
We also avoid traditional floral foam wherever possible, using reusable and more environmentally conscious mechanics instead.
From sourcing and ordering thoughtfully to reducing waste and encouraging flowers to be repurposed after your wedding, we’re continually looking for better ways to create beautiful flowers with a lighter environmental footprint.
